Subject: DMR no scope vs. Sniper Rifle no scope

I know the obvious troll answer to this question will be "you just suck."

When you use the DMR or Pistol or another basic gun like that, aiming is pretty easy. But when you get into a battle that has you with a sniper rifle in your hand and some pops out of nowhere, your accuracy with needing to hit the guy with that sniper rifle no scope is pretty awful it seems. Even just to hit him once to then beat him down, that one shot to hit him always seems hard to land.

"You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don't try to forget the mistakes, but you don't dwell on it. You don't let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space." -Johnny Cash

Of course it's harder to no scope with the sniper rather than a DMR or pistol! Why? Well it's mainly because it's not meant to be used like that. I wouldn't recommend trying to use this method with the sniper rifle, but if you insist, all I can offer for advice is to practice using it.

BTBnet aesthetics crew represent. uaware?

The smaller crosshairs will obviously put a lesser skilled player off. Good players can run around like it's an overpowered DMR. You just need to train yourself to line up your shots under pressure.

Smaller reticle and much less aim assist.

Forget it man, and get with the countdown. Shake this square world and blast off for Kicksville.

Emphasis added. The game helps you aim with the DMR when out of scope (up to a certain range). With the sniper, you're on your own.

The 343 forums suck. They're full of retarded kids and mods who got butthurt in the B.net forums for being told that they're bad.

Is there ANY aim assist on the sniper when out of scope?
