Each forum has qualities that, from the right perspective, could classify it as "the worst". However, all of the forums have their purpose and can be useful at times.

Nevertheless, if I really had to choose, I would say either the crimson forum, or the classifieds.

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

None of them are necessarily worse than any others, but I must agree with the few in saying "this one". It's where the mediocre forum cops go to police, and it seems to be the only place where we aimlessly go in circles while thinking we're getting somewhere.

It's been far too long since I've seen a legitimate original thread. We all know there's been plenty of illegitimate original threads as of late - which has been entertaining nonetheless.

Looking at the comments saying the Reach forums, I might have to agree, to a degree. I frequent the Reach forums quite often. But the only problems I see are a handful of users. But not so much with things like shock-sites or spam.

If by "worst" you mean filled with ignorant jerks, then yes, the Reach forums has any other forum beat, me included.
