"At the end of this day one shall stand, one shall fall"

So, Death or Bungie?

Just some problems id like to point out.
Im on my iphone using the default safari app.

While on Bnet i occasionally will try to quote someone but it never loads. Which then leads to an error when i try to reload the page. Or somethimes when i click the "submit" button nothing happens. A word of advice, it would be nice to have an option to permanetly make the Bungie homepage desktop version

Does anyone else ever have these problems?

If you REALLY want Bungie.net Desktop as the main page, use
http://seventhcolumn.bungie.net instead of www.bungie.net

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.

I know who you are.

You are Destiny.

The "problems" aren't Bungie's - they're Safari's. Flush your iPhone's cookies and cache (Settings -> Safari -> Clear Cookies and Date) and the problem is usually fixed (for me, anyway).

If you REALLY want Bungie.net Desktop as the main page, use
http://seventhcolumn.bungie.net instead of www.bungie.net

Just tried with the seventhcolumn at the start and it still leads to the mobile site. I'd presume it's because the site doesn't use the typical m.bungie.net, but instead uses bungie.net/mobile. So whatever root address you're using will still result in you going to the mobile page. \

If you really dislike the changing from the mobile version to the desktop here's how you save the full site.
How To: Save the site for iPhone

1) Go to the Bungie.net website on your iPhone/iPod.

2) Now change from the mobile site to the desktop site via the "Full Site" button at the bottom of the mobile homepage-page.
Are you looking at the full site now? Good job.

3)At the bottom of the Safari app are 5 little buttons/icons (Back, Forward, new page, etc..), Click on the square with an arrow coming out. This will open up a list of options, Click on Add to Home Screen

4) A new "save" page should appear with the Webmaster/default avatar logo. It's automagically called "Bungie.net :" but you can save it as anything you want. Click the "Add" button when you're happy.

5) It should exit out of safari and you should be looking at a new little icon in your app collection. If you click on it, you will always be taken to the full desktop site.

6) Conquer the forums on the go!

Hope this was helpful to someone. :)
