I'd rather be trained as a Spartan III
This, spartan III augmentation survival rate is 100%

Typical Spartan III suicide mission= 100% fatality rate.
See how that works, it balances out.
Either way you're gonna die.
No I wouldn't become a spartan II, many people wouldn't survive augmentations, and what's the point of becomming something you think is badass if you can't relish it because you're busy -blam!- your pants out in a warzone ?

Spartan I is where it's at.

Tell that to Tom and Lucy, those missions ended up like that because:

A) Alpha Company was cut from their extraction craft
B) Beta had to actually face some Cruisers so they were getting killed without any chance, and most of the survivors were killed by the explosion of the refinery that they took the Cruisers out with, not even Spartan II's could have done better.

I'm LITERALLY better than Tim Tebow

Better than Tebow.

San Francisco 49ers
XVI - XIX - XXIII - XXIV - XXIX

That would require me to move. I like sitting on my ass all day.

LOL, nice answer =)

There may not be a "I" in team, but there is a "I" in Win.

if i had a chance of becoming like cheif, hell yes. But of course we all know that it wasnt a choice and they were stolen from their homes. But we would all be looking out our windows saying "take me toooooooo"

But, i bet as the ones who are MIA, that would be boring as hell. Just running around really fast on a -blam!- empty planet with nothing to do. But anything remaining i would most definitly kick its ass!

S4's?
There are no Spartan VIs, none we've seen atleast.

I'm a stubborn guy. I love to argue my opinion, but unlike others, I'll try to see your side of the problem. I'm a triathlete, with a very heavy empephis on the swimming bit. Also, don't hate on the ~Quinton~ at the end of my posts. Why are you still reading this? #creeper #hashtagcashmoney for hashtaging on Bungie.net

I would go though the training minus the augmentations. I think it would be very usefull to know what that Spartans know.

i would like to take the risky augmentation
i think the spartan-II's were better Than the Spartan-III's

  • 02.24.2012 7:39 PM PDT

Believe. Bungie.

Now i'm not positive but preety sure that S-II's receieved specific thyroid augmentations(that the S-III's did not) that would release amplified growth hormones making the S-II's significatly larger in size and haveing greater muscle mass than S-III's. Although every other augmentation was given to S-III's I think this is the one that was not given to S-III's.

Halo 2 > Halo 3 > Halo 3 ODST > Halo Reach > Halo CE

Based on campaigns.

I would make a machine that turns me into a brute chieftain so I could destroy all you guys

glory days here I come..
*vanishes*

I would like to be one, but I doubt I'd survive the augmentation.

I still voted yes.

Thyroid implant was to help the other augmentations distribute across the body.

Team Unicorns all the way!

I'll pass...I actually like having sex. And I want to keep my high sex drive. If I wasn't a pacifist I'd probably choose to be ODST. Not as strong as Spartans but at least they get to keep their sex drives. True it's not everything in life but it's still something I enjoy to do and I would miss it very much...

  • 02.28.2012 9:48 PM PDT

On the first day, the Spartans did 100 jumping jacks, 100 sit-ups, deep squats, knee bends, leg lifts and ran 2 miles.

I bet nobody here could do that, and that would mean everyone would have to run around the compound twice and do 200 push-ups.

And remember, this was the first day.

Well, SPARTAN-III's allegedly have better training and equipment, they're just cheaper and more expendable. I guess I would choose SPARTAN-II just so I'm not sent on suicide missions.

Also, I've been on an extremely intense physical training regimen for just under two years, so the idea of exercising a lot actually appeals to me now. I'm hooked, so to speak, so I would at least be up for the intense exercise.

Umm, Spartan-II's are sent on suicide missions as well and just as frequently. The spartan III's are just sent on missions that are equally if not more dangerous, but have increased amount of soldiers in the field compared to the smaller amount the Spartan II's have.

Hello friends xd

I would... if i was an Spartan-III

  • 02.29.2012 10:57 AM PDT

I would go ODST so i wouldn't risk complications.

Not really.

Same here. I wouldn't want to be trained as a Spartan II because of the risks of being crippled or killed from the augmentations.

"Bet you can't stick it"

I would rather be trained as a Spartan II. I don't like the idea of having to take medication to keep my aggression under control if I were a Spartan III. I hate taking medication.
