Hiatus: A pause or gap in a sequence, series, or process.

Basically, my biggest hiatus spanned the dawn of time to late 2011, in comparison to how active I am now. Only measuring complete inactivity during my account's time, I'd guess five months at least.

I, like you, am a light-sound-vibration complex that resonates with others. I have hopes and dreams and ambitions, just like you! I AM, and so are you! Yes, we are one and the same, you and I.

About 5 months in 2011.

Every year for a week, usually in the beginning of June.
Sadly I don't get any internet access on some of the beaches.

About a year maybe or so. I know it was around the time the Heroic/Legendary map packs came out in Halo: 3.

A few weeks around the time ODST released.

EDIT: Thinking about it, I'm pretty sure I have posted here at least once a day since the Reach beta (at least).

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

My first hiatus was just me being a high school graduate in 2009, I didn't come back for about 9-11 months. Second one was me just being silly - lasted about 6 months.

~ Life is Killing Me. ~

~ I hate, therefore I am. ~

I was gone for somewhere between 4 and 6 months at one point. But then again, everyone needs a break from society at some point.

Every so often, I go into "hermit" mode and aside from Xbox LIVE, I don't react with society at all beyond what is necessary (job, groceries, etc.).

But that's been my longest absence.

At the most, six months, but I don't really remember since it was back in like 2009.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

If 'hiatus' means time away from Bungie, then this one week when I took a 'field trip' up to Washington DC and New York and such.
It was seven days.
Also, happy birthday to my account.
