I am not a bad person

I hate it when im playing big team battle and my team is bunch of strangers with some parties of 2 people sometimes but on the other team is just one big party.
They basically always win through my experience of playing against them without a chance of my team beating them.
Has this sort of thing happened to you?

  • 02.25.2012 3:30 AM PDT

I only search in a big party so I don't have to deal with terrible randoms.

Good players work together...and no matter how good you are, you're not physic. - blade6321

All the damn time! That's pretty much why I gave up on Big Team in H3. I'm all for privacy but I'm hoping that 343i forces players to use the game channel. I can deal with the loss just fine but when my entire team is silent I just can't have fun with the game.

Because forcing people to use game chat is SO going to make them put their mic in isn't it?

Dumbest idea ever.

I always play in a big party. I find it fun beating up on bad randoms and not having to deal with them on my team.

You don't like it? I guess that sucks. Eh, you should just blame Bungie for making all the playlists social and removing ranked ones. This scenario wouldn't happen if you were playing s ranked playlist. Social playlists are social players worst enemy.

The Internet is an empowerment tool that's agnostic; it doesn't care about race, gender, or age.

I only lost to a party in BTB once.

Playing against full parties wouldn't bad if they weren't such 12yr old douche bags. I can take a loss that's no problem, but most full parties are the guys who give competitive or MLG players bad names. Because instead of doing what real competitive players do win the game as fast as possible, they hold the objective to boost their k/d and ego.

Actually, I do it because I find it fun. You're not having fun when I do it?

Oh no!

Why should I care? If I can fly my Falcon, get my gunners like 100 kills and have a great deal of fun doing so, you not enjoying me spawn trapping you is not going to stop me. Sorry.

No point in ending the game in 5 minutes when the games gives you no incentive to win or do the objective. Maybe if the game wasn't based on credits so much people would care more about winning than stat whoring. It would get boring winning the game quickly getting 5-10 kills because it would be so easy, it's pretty fun to stat whore sometime.

If most people had friends and could form full parties all the time i'm sure you would enjoy it as well. Being on the other side im sure does suck going 6-33, but i'm never in that situation so I don't have that problem.

I'm about as slightly above average as you can get.

I have never run up against a full party before. Ever.

If you have to use labels like 'Retarded' to describe anyone who disagrees with you, Then your arguement has lost any weight it might of had, and I personally will assume you are just trying to get a rise out of people.

Also to those who think that having a high KDR means you're beast; just the fact that boosters exist is a prime reason that any thumbless noob can achieve it throwing the 'my high KDR validates my opinion" logic out the window.

These responses are so unhelpful, and contrary to the point. "Only Play BTB with a party" and such. Not everyone has 7 people online that want to play Halo at all points in time.

343i really should utilize a 'no team' feature for a matchmaking playlists, or a 'merenary' playlist if you don't mind CoD analogies.

Immortality: A toy which people cry for, And on their knees apply for, Dispute, contend and lie for, And if allowed Would be right proud Eternally to die for.

Most full parties usually suck. Atleast the ones i play against.

The 343 forums suck. They're full of retarded kids and mods who got butthurt in the B.net forums for being told that they're bad.

Does flaming people on forums count as an esport?

OP's ToD is melee despite playing more than half of games in BTB. New level of bad my friend.

Seeing as you're that bad, I doubt anyone wants to team up with you. Try to get friends who have other friends who have other friends...until you get 8 together

I have never went 6-33 either, and my friends that do play Halo are to mature to think spawn killing a bunch of randoms is fun, we play to win, we don't a lot but we try.
I guess that is the difference between a real competitive person and a Halo try hard.

It isn't a question of maturity. I and many others have fun by killing people AND winning, so why would we end the game with just three quick flag caps? It's more fun for us to kill lots o' -blam!-es AND THEN win.

Not saying you go 6-33 but games like this happen all the time. And their isn't any competition in BTB really unless you match up against another full team which is when you go for the objective instead of spawn killing the whole time like this. When you're against randoms it isn't really competition when you can win in 5 minutes and get bored of doing that over and over. I would rather have fun going 32-4 killing for 16 minutes instead of going 7-2 and winning quickly. Plus it's not our fault that the system matches up full teams against all randoms, I would prefer playing full teams all day and having competition over killing randoms but the system doesn't work that way.

It's funny because the game rewards you for spawn killing.
