Subject: Why Care About your K/D

i have learned its better to be nice, than not to be.

When I started playing, i was rushing the enemy, unwilling to use the DMR, no playing as a team, and my K/D suffered extremely. I believe it was .78, bad, I know. 5000 kills in the hole, i had to change my strategy.

So I watched films of the leaders in the matches where I had done poorly in, to see what they were doing. Cheap, shady, devious a few words that come to mind.

I took that knowledge and applied it to my game. K/D is now 1.08 and rising all the time. I will approach H4 in the same manner. The trick is to get that number high right from the start. I still have fun playing, but not as much as i used too.

I only care about my K/D ratio because it gives me a sense of accomplishment when I raise it higher; I don't judge others by their K/D ratio though.

This. Exactly.

I don't judge as well, but I like to quickly look at other's K/D just so I know who I have to watch out for.

0.70=Bad

0.89=Normal

1.50=Above Normal

2.50 and up= MLG

Gotta stop you right there. The average is around 1.18.

So

Below 0.75 = Bad

1.18 = Normal

1.60 = Above average/Very good

2.50 and above = The Best
