I'm curious of what roll the gravemind will have in H3. He played a critical roll in H2, that helped stop the activation of the halo weapon. Will he be good, evil, or neutral?

Gravemind is a purely hostile opponent. He is the embodiment of the Flood, the controling intellegence. Do you think something that commands the takeover of innocent, unsuspecting races could be good or even neutral? The reason he "helped" the halting of the Halo's fire was to prolong the Flood infection. If the rings were activated, no more "food" for the Flood would be present and the Flood's progression would halt.

He only came off as helpful to the MC and the Arbiter becase the outcome favored him and his minions.

Thank you for clearing that up for me. I love halo but, I have been entirely too busy to get in depth with it.

he uses mc and the arbiter as a distraction to get the flood to gather up and to take over... he technically benefited you.. but that was his plan.. cause statistics are that 9000000 flood forms will kill mc.

You seem very happy for some reason.

I think Gravemind will have a very important part in Halo 3. If Halo 3 ends the story something will have to happen where the flood is involved. In a way he will play a good role, because he will do what he can to stop the Halo from activating. On the other hand, he will only do so for his own gain.
