This angry and crap-filled forum. The endless hate for Reach and praise for 343i. A Title Update replaces Bungie's "hard" work in designing a "balanced" multiplayer.

What does Bungie think? Considering they don't play Reach anymore (at least, in their Pentathalons or whatever)...

Bungie, do you ever read these forums? Do you ever consider how much Reach negatively impacted a once-great gaming franchise?

Do you at least want to apologize?

I have a feeling Reach was a plot to have us all become disappointed in Bungie. Once they release a new title we'll all love them again.

Most of what you just said was opinion-based. Why should they apologize for anything?

"Before you insult someone, try walking a mile in their shoes. This way, when you insult them, you are a mile away and have their shoes."

Bungie continues to think Reach was the perfect Halo, which it was. It had everything a Halo game should have, and more, all developed with the most comfortable design environment they had with any Halo game.

As for your praise for the TU/343, 343 is only hailed by a small handful of <100 people on the forums, and the TU is not really that popular, considering the non-updated playlists still get the highest population counts out of all of them.

So many people apparently "hate" Halo Reach. These same people play it daily. Always confuzzled me.

Was it an opinion that 1000's of people left Reach? That these 1000's of people hated their new game?

Team Slayer and Living Dead have been updated.

Plus, it's not like the TU is scaring people off. It's because it's Reach and people like to play stupid gametypes.

Reach would have been perfect if it didn't have Halo in the title. Reach does not fallow original Halo formula.

Always up for REACH customs!

A couple thousand people complain on forums. A couple million people bought Reach. Every reviewer gave it an A. I think the Bungie folks are pretty proud of themselves.

I think it was clear that Bungie did not want to make anymore Halo games so they just threw Reach together because Microsoft wanted another Halo game. Now that Bungie is free to make what they want, I'm sure their next game will be good.

No, it's YOUR opinion that "people left reach because they hated it". You're completely ignoring obvious social factors such as recent popular game releases like Skyrim.

Apologize because some people didnt like their game? What?

Listen, Nub, Bungie -blam!- up. They made 3 of the most amazing multiplayer games of all time. They made Xbox live the behemoth it is today. They basically made DLC, not a necessity, but an improvement in how you can invest 10 bucks. They created the BR, the greatest weapon in multiplayer history. But, then they wanted to go out, not in a glorious band, but in a bang full of money! And I, as well as millions of others, were as dissapointed in the direction they took this franchise. A thank, for CE,Halo2, and Halo3, are sufficent. And to hell with them from here on out, because I will be one who will never spend another penny on anything Bungie ever makes.
