Hi everyone as i went through a website called TeamXbox.com some of hate fans of halo 2 and 3 talking negativity over bungie's fault.

IF u want to check out the website comments check it out

They dont even understand why, bungie created halo 2 best but now they just hate it because of the weapons its over the magnum pistol they wanted a powered halo 1 magnum for multiplayer as i remembered bungied said that its too powerful for multiplayer i agree with bungie for that to reduce its power.

People can be negative or positive or something.

And personally, I don't always think Bungie are aware of seemingly simple things that have a huge effect on the game. And they do make mistakes, especially when rushed.

Bungie don't make mistakes :p.

But seriously, because Halo 2 was to be such a multiplayer experience they had to balance the weapons. I am glad they did too.

The weapon balance in Halo 2's multiplayer is horrible. Partially as a result of dual wielding breaking the system and making it very tricky to balance, but also as a result of poor design decisions, such as the homing on the plasma pistol, that is so great that you cannot physically dodge it.

I'm not arguing that balancing the game is a hard job, but that doesn't change the fact that Halo 2 is poorly balanced. The main defence against these balance issues is hoping that players don't discover them and exploit them, which isn't much of a defense at all.

bungie made mistakes in halo 2 and im sure they are well aware of it...but as i see it...its better for them to learn from their mistakes in halo 2 so that halo 3 can be the best possible

key phrase here "especially when rushed" for those who read this and do not already know, halo 2 was an incerdibly rushed game. they took years and years making halo CE, what made the powers that be think that they could turn out an equally good if not better game in less time. i think bungie should be given room to work their magic. but maybe thats just me.

If folks want to recycle the Halo 1 experience over and over again, they're welcome to play Halo 1.

I don't see exactly why you made this thread, so I'm going to lock it.
