1. A team of players comes in, many players quit out on your team, and the other team takes advantage of this, running up the clock on a game like capture the flag, disregarding the flag, using the time to just play target practice with the few targets left, torturing.
2. Although I can't say this is wrong, but I wish the matchmaking system would work better, I severely dislike being on a team of players and being set up against a stacked team, all the black ranks, whatever those are, or whatever else. I just feel like giving up most of the time. Groups in general should be matched against groups, whenever possible. Even if it means waiting on a match. That's the price. They shouldn't be teamed against disorganized non-groups. Rank is not as much of an issue as much as a group of people against a non-group.
3. When I am the first to the Banshee on the one map where the Banshee often spawns in neutral territory, where you have to take the teleporter to get to it fast enough, and your own team throws grenades at you because you're faster getting to it than they are, knocking the Banshee off into the water.
4. Team members who constantly shoot at you, or sabotage their own team.
5. I quit games sometimes lately because of these things, because I want to enjoy the games I play, and they have instilled some kind of mechanism to punish gamers who quit just because they don't want to lose. I don't quit because of losing, I quit because a game is either unfair/many of my team has already quit, my team members knock my Banshee off or try to kill me before I get to it, or another power item... I quit for legitimate reasons. I only devote so much time to the game a day, and don't feel it should be spent being tortured by some idiot... but I've quit three games in the past three days, and now I'm banned for whatever amount of time. That also makes me angry.
Listen, I'm all for a good system, that works, in this regard, but this system doesn't work. I have only quit when 10 minutes were left on a clock in a CTF match and the other team treated it as their own target practice, on four of our guys... when my team-mates were acting like children (they were, probably), fighting over a Banshee when I rightfully had it, and one other time, probably the third time in a row, or something, that I got matched up against a stacked team.
It has all happened recently, too. For some reason, a few weeks back, I had a streak of luck- that actually made me come back to the game. Not so the past few days. Stacked, Stacked, Stacked. Or some other BS.
Wish I didn't sell Battlefield. Need a break.
