I've been hearing everyone disagree with me, but have no argument.I suppose I'll give it a go then.
1. Armor Lock, in its pre-TU form, was only really overpowered when used in CQC. If used right, it was superior to any other power weapon at CQC. Since none of the AAs were ever meant to be used for combat, any combat abilities whatsoever should be removed, but the fact that it can beat a power weapon is ridiculous.
2. Not sure what gives you the idea that the magnum is overpowered. I'll assume you're talking about the Anniv. Magnum for now, and that variant of the Magnum is only that strong to replicate the strength of the CE Magnum, thereby providing a more classic experience.
3. Not sure what they changed about Alpha Zombies. Do you mean the edited maps they put in? If so, then adapt. They're fine.

Everyone in reach is terrible.
It's incredibly easy now, because the TU scared away all the skilled Halo players, leaving you ass-clowns to ruin the online experience for everyone. Wrong. The TU didn't scare anyone away. Since it's application, the population has finally stopped decreasing, and has even grown a little. MLG has also become more popular, with a higher turnout at the previous MLG Columbus event than in past events for Reach. So no, skilled players weren't scared away, they were in fact attracted by the TU.
