Standbying is when you stop your internet connection or use a macro or such program to constantly stop and start your connection. this can only be achieved if you have a bridged connection to your computer, (there are some stupid people who pull the cord out of their non direct connection for 2 or so seconds, how that helps i dont no.) the standbyer is never the person with the best connection you silly fools. the hosts connection is an average of everyone elses ie one person has red, another green, the host has yelow simple.
Bridging is not lagging people out thats silly to think that, bridging is simply a way to connect multiple things to your computer and use the same as in the exact same connection, therefor allowing to see all ip addresses running on the connection. the Bridger as such is never the host, he is the person that allows his connection to only accept incoming connections from the person he is bridging host to. therefore always creating the rooms and forcing host to that player as no other player is able to connect to everyone.
lagging people out is only able to be done by someone that has a bridged connection to but must have host, so he either a: got a friend to bridge him host, or he standbyed for host (done by dropping your connection as well) he will see a list of everyones ip addresses and if hes smart hei'll no which are his team mates and lagg half of the opponents out.
When you see a person with an awsome connection and the rest with red, this is called a TEAM standby, done by the host with a bridged connection blocking traffic to everyone but the team mate/s. every few seconds usually with a macros program again.
i had to write this coz everyone allways mistakens everything coz they are silly
thankyou
