“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”

There are some things that I think apply to all forums:
1) Know the rules
2) Know who you are talking to (not exactly who, but the general audience)
3) Act towards others in a manner that you would like to be treated in return
Specific to Bungie.net:
1) Being a forum cop isn't as helpful as it may seem. It is a phase for some, as it was for me, and it can be annoying for others.
2) We're all here because we choose to be, so don't think that because you came here earlier you are somehow superior. This also goes for your knowledge of Bungie and their games. Just because you know more than someone else does not mean you have any more "right" to be here than they do. I say again, we're all here because we choose to be.
3) The moderators are human, just like you and me. Respect them and they will respect you.
4) If you question whether or not what you are about to post could be in violation of the rules, or offensive to a user or group of users, stop there and do not post it.
