I Just Like the Idea of picking teams and then voting on Maps for the Next Round

I think the Bungie matchmaking system is very well done. You play with your friends in every single game not worrying about uneven teams. ( example: ghost recon, rainbow 6, splinter cell, etc.) And it's quick!

It can get frustrating if you happen to get the same map/gametype frequently, but i'd still argue thats it's better then a server list.

I mean like torwards the end of a match you can vote on next map which I like

That's basically what a custom game is minus the formal voting. You pick your team then vote on what to play verbally.

You'd be locked into the server, and if you didn't like the people you were playing with, this would be problematic.
