How do you feel they rate as a publisher?
so for it's not looking good. Crimson Steam Pirates is a failure: you know it, GLO Is Back knows it, Old Papa Rich knows it and so on.

the only reason BUNGiE still keeps the Halo forums active IMO is because they'll lose about 30 - 40% of their members if it wasn't so instead they put this message:
Bungie is no longer managing the Halo Universe. While our Halo-related forums and stats remain available, be advised that "official" answers and support about the Halo Universe (past, present, or future) are not.
not all hope is lost however, they might be able to pull something of with their next app (no way near as close to how successful they were with Halo: Comatose Evolved and Halo 2 ofcourse)
but at least it might actually be entertaining to play, unlike Crimson Steam Pirates.

Guywiired was satisfied with Crimson Steam Pirates: kept him entertain when he needed to attend to his sleeping daughter or use the toilet.

congratulations BUNGiE, the latest title you brought to us wasn't an absolute failure.

Ok .... I'll agree its a little disappointing.
that made me lol, considering how BUNGiE did with their 2 major titles before Crimson Steam Pirates (Halo 3 and Halo Reach) i wasn't expecting anything from this game.

i was right because it appears to be a stain mark in the industry, doesn't matter if Crimson Steam Pirates turned out be a failure though:
for an app to get attention these days, there has to be something really special about it like Temple Run or Crash Kart.

kind of sad though considering Crimson Steam Pirates was brought to us by the same developers who made Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2, BUNGiE.
doubt Halo will be able to take back the spotlight Call of Duty stole from it.

Why was OP locked/banned?
So many posts are locked on this forum compared to other forums. Looking at main page you have as many locked as open, and not many recent posts.

But with this stain how will bungie repair their name? And wont any other developers visit this foum, with all its lock threads - what message does that send.

I know bungie new slogan is about going dark, but it is more like invisible since trying to be independant.

Wow, do people seriously still not understand that Bungie didn't actually develop Crimson? They're hard at work on their next huge franchise, while Aerospace, including Crimson is just a side project to help indie developers break into the industry. There is no downside to this program. You may not like the games Aerospace brings, but at least understand that Bungie is not developing them.

Wow ... are you seriously suggesting people dont know that.
It was stinky Pete's connection that pushed CSP into development as payback for past favours. It was either that or listen to the sound of crickets chirp in the empty bungie "publishers game stable" - lol.

Plus you say "the games Aerospace brings" - lol.
Kinda implies a plural. Please tell us these "games" that aerospace has delivered??

Now before you jump in flamming again - please indicate WHO said that bungie developed CSP?
(and BTW - 'Crimson' is not a title in itself, its a trademarked name under which bungie hopes to brand their publisher title stable - jeeze).
