I dunno just sitting around thinking about possible gametypes for the next installation of Halo. They would of course need to be playtested first, but I think they have potential.

First off something I've always wanted since the introduction of Assault: No bomb arm time. The bomb would already start off armed, so all you had to do was plant it. This would add to some intense games and fast gameplay. Single Bomb Fast would have a whole new meaning, and neutral bomb games on both small and large maps would be great.

Secondly (I'm throwing out a crazy idea here but go with it), why not a type of "Single Hill" game, where its KotH but one teams goal is to defend it from the other team. It would go 4 or 6 rounds and whichever team managed the most time (while on offense) over those rounds wins the game. We already have Single bomb and 1 flag, I don't see why this wouldnt work.
