It's okay, OP. You can put my name in for the ones that are mine.
Here, I'll respond to one.
But, due to the purpose of the Septagon, Employees posted in it a lot more frequently and that lead to us getting used to it.
I don't think the same thing will happen with the Flood.
^this one is mine. What I was saying is that the Septagon is used for the discussion of the Bungie community itself as well as Bungie as a company. Due to the forum's theme, it is more likely that Bungie employees will post here to discuss Bungie.net, the community, or clear things up about Bungie as a company.
The Flood is a completely off-topic forum that is not directly related to Bungie and so the frequency of Bungie employee posting there is more likely to either stagnate or go down over time (compared to the level it is as right now) than go up.
The frequency going up, and the continued posting of Bungie employees in ANY given forum is the way that forum becomes desensitized to employee-posting.
Because of all that is given above, I don't believe the Flood will get as used to their posting as the Septagon is.
This has nothing to do with the community in the Flood etc.
My second post however,

Wanna/b/s
This is the only plausible option.
That WAS directed at SOME of the Flood regulars, however in a joking manner. I don't actually think of the Flood as an imitation /b/, I just think that some of it's occupants are trying to turn it into that. The overall level of rude responses to any given thread (serious or not) are much more frequent than those in most other forums (Reach excluded).
This is largely due to a minority of the regulars of the Flood who cause this inflated level of rude, inappropriate, or spam posts.
But, nonetheless, it is the current situation of the forum and anyone who says it isn't is not (in my opinion) looking at the right light.
Is that to say there are no problems in the Septagon? -blam!- no. A thousand times -blam!- no. There's excessive sarcasm. There's a large amount of members who fabricate nonexistent elitism and, instead, create an even more annoying sense of "common-ism".
And, on top of that, the Septagon has a great deal of people (myself included at times) who get into arguments they ought not to be in due to an incredible amount of ineptitude they possess on the given subject, and then refuse to admit that they've been outdone and continue to assert their ignorant point (again, myself included at times).
Feel free to argue any points I've said that you think are wrong (directed at everyone, not just the OP). I'm sure there's loads.
