The following machinima is meant to be a work of art similar to that of a painting. It is meant to make the game look beautiful.

Great work.

Well it seems to be comprised of multiple pieces added together, or at least additions to the original piece that I am familiar with.

I believe the original piece was "To Build A Home" and it would have been better if you just used the tones that was used in that song, and not just parts of it and additional notes that really provide a stark difference from the original. The song makes it feel as if the theme is "cartoony". Not to mention taking a lot of the key notes from another song doesn't always work out in your favor.

Also, why just one map? Why not multiple maps, it's not like nature is the only beautiful thing, the whole idea of game scenery is to build environments that are interesting to look at, and not just a cluster of weird details, should have tried different themes from each map.

But good work nontheless.

Its just one song, "Re-Ignited" by Bryson Baxter. The video was a spur of a moment idea inspired by something one of my friend's said. As for why ridgeline, I don't really know, something about the map made it feel like it that it was the one map that could "achieve my vision".

You may want to define it as one song but it is not just one song. It has specific notes and piano pieces from another song. Not even reworked or played differently but pretty much the same song, it's more like a remix if you will.

Call it what you like, but it takes a lot from another song, Just give it a listen.

Positive vibes.

This could very well be the most incredible thing I have ever seen. I have never felt more compelled to play Halo in my life.

I'm not even joking; I could watch this all day.

:')
