So you just finished making your IP; do you guys shut the production section of the studio down for a few weeks for the staff to go on holiday, or do you start on the next project right away?

Aspiring Bungie Tester

While I'm sure some vacationing is done, there's also a team that stays behind to handle any post-launch snafus as well as roll out fixes/updates. Additionally, work resumes as some point for either future IPs or DLC content for the recently released game. =)

Disclaimer: The latter is a lie.

I doubt Bungie would all go on vacation at the same time. It would be very silly, especially in the aftermath of releasing an AAA-caliber game.
