"That's about all that can be said for plots, which anyway are just one thing after another, a what and a what and a what.
Now try how and why."

How long did that take you?
The original, uncompressed video was exactly 1:57:18. Funny enough, it actually took longer to convert the video to a workable format, speed it up, export it and speed it up more, and then upload to vimeo (which then took another thirty minutes for vimeo to do some vimeo stuff to the video.)
Sparten Ken 15, Someone just proved that you can draw with a touchpad :P
Though, in Spartain Ken's defense, I was using GIMP2, not ms paint. It's a free program, but it's interface is archaic when one isn't acquainted with it. Granted, MS paint is a surprisingly powerful tool.
I should also mention that I didn't mean this as a "ha ha, screw you!" to SK (he gets way too much crap as it is.) Rather, I don't want him to fall into the pitfall of thinking that quality is determined by tools, only to get frustrated when he gets better tools and his work doesn't improve instantly. It's something that I see a large number of aspiring artists fall prey to.
An important advice for everyone; Nothing is impossible.
Acutally, it's not so much that nothing is impossible (I wouldn't try doing a super detailed rending with the improvised materials I mentioned above), but rather that the mark of a good artist is versatility. It shows problem solving skills and a good understand of rending to be able to work well with any given medium.
Lastly, a touchpad probably works best with vectors, which it can do just as well as a mouse or tablet, since vector graphics don't require supper amounts of quick precision.
