I'm not sure some of you guys realize how expensive and up to date your computer would have to be to run Halo 3 on the PC.
First of all, the highest ATI graphics card using AGP in the "under 200 dollars" price range, doesn't even have HDR. Which means you're going over 200 bucks just for the grahpics card. Dont forget your 2 gigs of RAM, oh and a high speed CPU.
If you cared how fast load times happened, you might try a RAPTOR hard drive, or just go stupid and get a Cheetah "scuzzy" drive. Can't play neato burrito games on an old CRT monitor. gotta get LCD.
And then you need a 5.1 sound card AND surround sound speakers.
Gaming keyboards are nice. I want one from thinkgeek myself.
AND according to rumors, Halo 2 will only be available on windows VISTA. Which isn't even out yet.
I dunno... I'd be willing to buy a 400/500 dollar 360 to save on having to pay over 1500 for the high end system.
