It has access to the netwrok of teleporters on halo, if you will remember the Chief and Arbiter are both teleported to vaious locations in search of the index, I am guessing he can manipulate 307 Penatent Tangent (delta halo's overseer) to use the teleporters.

That doesn't negate my statement.

Do you think that Gravemind didn't want the Flood to get on High Charity?

Ermm you just said high charity is not on halo, you are there by implying that the grave mind cannot activate the teleporter to get him onto high charity. And if you played the first one you will remember the chief used the teleporters to get onto the covenant cruiser

And it's your connection that's slower than turtle sex.

In........................................................Out .

How he got on is not important. It's what is he gonna do with High Charity, it no longer has Slipspace, and I doubt there are any Cruisers or Carriers left, and the teleportation grid won't get him anywhere. And In Amber Clad is crashed and practically unusable.

Are you trying to tell me that High Charity IS on Halo? It's not. The cruiser was.

I am not saying that Gravemind didn't port the MC.

Why did the Flood need In Amber Clad, then?

more dramatic to crash the ship than to use teleporters i guess. Also means it can help tie in and loose ends at the end of halo 2. Otherwise the humans wouldnt need the help of the elites to get off halo. Who do you think is gonna save earth in the next game? The chief cant stop an entire covenant armada. He is gonna need some help lol

while he had cortana and MC and the arbiter for a little talk, he focussed himself on In Amber Clad... this is what cortana says when they arrive on High Charity and the see In Amber Clad crashing into a wall..

Here's what she said:
"Flood-controlled dropships are touching down all over the city. That creature beneath the Library, that "gravemind", used us. We were just a diversion; In Amber Clad was always its intended vector. There's a conduit connecting this tower to the ship- head back inside, I'll lead you to it."

"This is war. Survival is your own responsibility."

I think its like this: Gravemind is controlling the red guilty spark and the spark can send you anywhere he just needs alot of power. So gravemind sends arby to kill tartarus and stop halo's activation. Then he sent master chief to kill everyone on high charity so he can take over the bodies and build a flood army instantly. So after the guilty spark uses up all the teleporter juice there is not enough to teleport gravemind so gravemind finds the amber clad parked outside the library (you can see it on the moving platform at the end of Sacard Icon) and he takes over the marines in it and the fly up to high charity. Now gravemind has high charity so in halo 3 he must use it to get to earth with cortona. and maybe cortona is not evil but shes useing gravemind to get back to earth.

From what i remember from Halo 2, MC and Arbiter saw the Gravemind on Delta Halo, and in the end Cortana is in High Charity and Gravemind Contacts Cortana on High Charity.
How Did Gravemind get on High Charity???

dude.. it's not like that, monitors can't be persuaded to do something, they order stricktly by protocol, cortana explains it when you enter high charity

maybe gravemind sent a shock through the guilty spark so it messed with his programing.

IF the gravemind took the amber clad to High Charity and crashed it, it serves two purposes:

1) It got gravemind there.
2) It gives gravemind control of a reactor that goes BOOM.

If he used halo's transport system, I believe, it would be the first time (outside of throwing the MC onto high charity) that anything has been warped OFF of Halo. However, gravemind could have still wanted the amber clad for the sole purpose of carrying flood over to High Charity, as well as having a big thing that goes BOOM.

No right answers here people. It's all speculation.

"This is war. Survival is your own responsibility."

That sounds logical. But would gravemind want to spread the flood around the universe instead of destroying them?

Nah, imagine controlling an explosive the size of the amber clad... and putting it on high charity.

Now imagine if you're facing an enemy that has the remote possibility of wiping out the flood. Wouldn't you blow them up? =) I wasn't trying to say gravemind'd use it against the flood, but against anyone else who stood in his way.

So I think Jun's a master chef, because he takes off his helmet and your like whoa, I think he's a chef.

So to shorten this up, Jun is master chef.

It's 2401 Penitent Tangent.
