The United States of America-- STILL more rights than North Korea! --New official U.S. motto.Cronin's Law----The New Flood Drinking Game
i just veiwed the new site for the first time today, and am very very disappointed. do you know why? i have 56k, and before i could veiw all the topics without opening each and every one using the options. now i have to open the fricking topic every time i want to read it, and i only reply to about half the topics i read anyways. i hate to say it, but bungie goofed up on this one. other than that it is a great site, but im still pissed.
Call me crazy but if you a halo player and you heard halo 2 is live...Wouldnt you get broadband?

What if there is none in Texas Ben’s area, smart one?
why not get broadband? because my parents are poor and cant afford it god dammit! and i am a PC halo player, because my parents are also -blam!-s and wont let me buy an xbox with my own money. (but i can buy a 2000$ PC with my own money... hmmmm)
You're saying that the topics are not appearing, or are they taking too long to download? That seems strange.
im saying that in the old bungie.net i could veiw topics without opening them, a fine option for one with impaired bandwidth such as me, but now i have to open each topic to veiw it, which is a royal pain. i do like how old but good topics can stay on top, as opposed to before where everything got pushed off the page. i also hate the post counter. the old b.net didnt have a post counter, and for good reason. now well have people sayin stuff just to get posts.

Well I can't feel your pain, but I can definatly sympathize! That's generally the problem with any site who desides to go high tech with their design. Don't worry, in a few years when fiber optical internet comes out, broadband will be dirt cheap! ;)
