That's like saying if I hire a mechanic to fix my car, and he does a bad job, I can't say he did a bad job because I haven't "fixed" a car even though it would be obvious.
Fixing something and creating something new are different. It's like telling a painter to sell their easel and brushes because you don't like their work.

See, the difference is, I don't try to pretend that I can make a map. For whatever reason, this kid decided that a cramped corridor-fest would be a good thing to put vehicles on.
Also, I'm not seeing what my maps getting into matchmaking has to do with anything. Even if I were to get one in, it could still be crappy. The fact that this kid thought that this cluster mess of a map was good in any way is what makes me say to sell his Xbox. If you have no concept of map design (which is evident given the vehicles), you shouldn't be bogging down the candidate pool. It might have been at least a decent map despite the sightlines were it not for the vehicles.
Also, being a dick does not detract from my (and a seemingly fairly popular) opinion that the map is bad.
So are you mad at 343 for approving most of the maps they received, or the community for not offering enough selection? Or the CCs for handing 343 the best they had?
The forging community is completely under supported, given how often everyone is demanding new maps. Unless you like paying for DLC after DLC just so you have a little selection, the community is where they're going to come from.
Oh, and being a dick doesn't detract form your point, but it doesn't do anything to improve the map or help the situation. It's just more crying on the forum. Specific feedback is useful. It fixes things. 'Sell ur xbox bk' just sounds like you're mad and have no argument or insight.
