played against or with a deaf player like me?

If so, What are your thoughts?

Must be a lot more difficult.. Hearing is one of the best ways to know where your enemies are.

  • 03.11.2012 7:58 PM PDT

Two makes there more than speakers.

Not sure how I'm supposed to know.

It's not that difficult.

And to know when one is deaf they usually have DEAF service tag or in their gamertags.

So basically... Waypoint is pro-vanilla?

Posted by: Sentox6
Waypoint isn't pro-anything so much as they're just anti-intelligence.

He quit Reach a while ago, but this guy is deaf.

What?

How would we know if a player is deaf or not.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

Deaf? D:

Do you still enjoy Halo (the series, not just lolReach) without hearing it's soundtrack, characters and sound effects?

On topic: I don't think I'd actually hate playing with you, if you have a good eye/keep a look out on your radar/look for arrows pointing to teammates under fire, play accordingly and keep map control+knowing where the power weapons spawn/how the map plays and work as a team minus not hearing what the rest of the team is saying (such as where the other team is, when and where the power weapons have spawned), then you could still be a decent player.

  • 03.11.2012 9:57 PM PDT

How could you tell if someone is deaf? Because of their service tag? lol what..

It's a one way conversation.

I do just as well without the game sound. Now come back to me when you're blind and I will be impressed if you have a K/D over 1.

  • 03.11.2012 10:46 PM PDT

Have you ever played with a blind player?

  • 03.11.2012 10:49 PM PDT

I've played with ppl who I *thought* were blind. :/

But mate... how do you know that? Just because you do? If they do not have it as either of those then you would not know if they were deaf or not. I have a hard time believing that every deaf person wishes to advertise that fact is all my good man.

You wouldn't know I was deaf to look at my GT or Halo Callsign (RZA). The only mention I make of being deaf is in my bio where I put the nickname my buddy gave me "The Ole Deaf Bastard" we're both huge Wu Tang fans.
