How do players come to this conclusion? After playing against a (not so decent) team in multi-team oddball, winning, and demolishing their score with 300 points, one of the players on the losing teams (not pointing him out, lol) sent me a message with "You're so bad".
Let's have a look at the stats - Sure, I came off with a negative kill/death ratio, but in this objective based game where kills/deaths mean naught but ego boosts, I held the oddball for longer than anyone else in any other team, leading towards my team winning due to the fact that I carried my team (My friends in that game acknoledged that, that it is true - I have played Oddball before, and it was their first time in this gametype - Hence their relatively low oddball carry points).
I'm not deterred by that single comment about my skill, I know that I'm barely above average and I don't consider myself particularly skillful, but to be told that I'm "bad" after winning is just... Illogical. So I turn to you, legion of trolls and players with egos to point out what went wrong, what could have been done better (aside from the obvious "get more kills), to build a better understanding of what we should all do as players in Halo to not be "bad".
