Subject: Wrong WLIDused

I have 2 WLID's and I've used the wrong one signing up here.

ie:
x@x.com WLID1
y@y.com WLID2

only on here I used y@y.com and WLID1

I only get mail on y@y.com and dont play games on it,
the x@x.com I dont use for mail and only play games on it.

I tried the contact us but got no reply, I need someone to adjust my account accordingly to the other WLID or just delete the account I signed up as, so I can re-sign up properly!

Confused, yeah me too :)
Seriously is there anyone I can speak to to to get this cleared up?
(didn't see where else to stick this post, sorry!)

...um, what?

So you want to log in and get your game information on your other e-mail instead of this one?

Click here. Sign in just like you would on Bnet. Click 'change e-mail/WLID.' change it to the other e-mail. Boom. All Microsoft information will be sent from now on to the other WLID, and you'll log into your Bungie.net account with this other WLID too.

Hopefully that's what you were asking for. If not, please feel free to say so and I'll see if I can help.

Hi thanks, but not quite.

When I logged in here I set the my login details here against the wrong WLID, there is no where HERE where I can change my WLID.

So here unfortunately I have the wrong WLID associated with my bungie account.

So for I asked for Firerock68 as my bungie ID, but the associated it with my wrong WLID. I dont want to change the WLIDs, I just need to here on Bungie to change Firerock68 name to be associated with a different WLID, but I cant see how to do it. I'm happy for anyone here to delete this Bungie ID, then I can log in again and sign up properly.

When the same Windows Live ID is associated to both your Bungie.net profile and Xbox LIVE gamertag, the two become linked. Since you cannot change the Windows Live ID associated to your Bungie.net profile, your options are limited.

Option 1: I want to link my Xbox LIVE gamertag to my Bungie.net profile, Firerock68.1. Recover your Xbox LIVE gamertag onto a Xbox 360 console.
2. Change the Windows Live ID associated to your Xbox LIVE gamertag to the same Windows Live ID you use to sign into your Bungie.net profile, Firerock68.

Option 2: I want to link my Xbox LIVE gamertag to a new Bungie.net profile.1. Sign into Bungie.net with the same Windows Live ID associated to your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
2. Create a Bungie.net profile to be associated to your Windows Live ID and linked with your gamertag, if you haven't already.

Option 3: I want to link my Xbox LIVE gamertag to an existing Bungie.net profile that's not Firerock68.1. Sign into your Bungie.net profile and check if there's a gamertag linked to it already. If there's not, skip to step 5.
2. You have to unlink the current gamertag linked to your profile before you can link your gamertag to it. To do this, recover the gamertag onto a Xbox 360 console.
3. Create a Windows Live ID (if you don't have an existing one) to associate to the gamertag you're unlinking from your Bungie.net profile.
4. Change the Windows Live ID of the gamertag to the new Windows Live ID you just created. Now, your Bungie.net profile is available to link to any gamertag.
5. Recover your Xbox LIVE gamertag onto a Xbox 360 console.
6. Change the Windows Live ID of your gamertag to the Windows Live ID you use to sign into your Bungie.net profile.
7. Sign into Bungie.net and verify that you followed these steps correctly.

Option 4: Contact Achronos to inquire about changing the Windows Live ID associated to your Bungie.net profile.1. You may contact him via private message regarding your situation.

Resource Links* Download, move, or delete your Xbox LIVE profile.
* Create a new Windows Live ID.
* Manage your Windows Live ID.
* Change the email address of your Windows Live ID.

Thanks option 1 and 2 wont work here in this situation

WLID - Gamertag
x@x.xom - EvenWorm991531
unfortunately I linked this on here to Firerock68 as my Bungie user name.

y@y.com - Firerock68

So when I log on here I want to log on using x@x.com I want to use y@y.com. So if I try and sign up with y@y.com I cant set Firerock68 as my bungie name.

So my WLID's are fine as they are, its just my Bungie username here that I want changed. So this WLID x@x.com, can be bungie name "WhateverIDontCare". If this is changed I can log on and use my proper gamertag as my Bungie name.

Option 3: I want to link my Xbox LIVE gamertag to an existing Bungie.net profile that's not Firerock68.

This is what I tried to do before, but I didn't really understand how to do it. What does that bit in bold mean please. Still not sure if this will actually fix my issue.
