Why, oh why, does it count as a quit, and therefore towards the quit ban, if a TEAMMATE quits out of a firefight doubles match, thereby causing you to get disconnected from THE POSTGAME STAT LOBBY AFTER THE GAME IS OVER? You can try and defend the quit ban in general all you want (even though it is a completely assinine, horrendously executed thing), but I defy you to defend that part of it.
In reality, all the quit ban does is lower people's desire to play Reach. The quit ban does not work, it actually makes the problem worse as it incentivizes quitting, is poorly enforced to begin with, hangs over peoples' heads way too long, and is the single greatest reason why Reach is getting beat by not 1, but 2 Call of Duty games. I have more than once declined to play Halo for days, or even weeks at a time solely to hurt Bungie and Reach's games played total out of protest for the ill-concieved, and even worse executed, quit ban.
