Don't do anything you wouldn't want to have to explain to paramedics. Trust me, I'm a pilot.

And after that scene in the game the credits roll right?
So you must be saying that all these technology advancements and traveling the 25,000 light years to other halo's happened within 3 months instead of years?
No. The whole Halo Trilogy takes place over the course of several months. The technological advancements would have taken longer, in all likelihood.
On another note, what relevance do the credits have in this discussion?
Because the game ends after the credits roll, it separates that scene from chief floating in space showing they aren't in the same time period.
Yes, and Glasslands occurs almost immediately after the events of Halo 3. I have not been following the development of Halo 4 terribly closely, so I do not know when exactly Halo 4 takes place in. While your point is completely valid, grey101, how is it relevant to my previous posts, aside from answering my previous question (sort of)?
Halo 4 takes place in 2555-6 with cortana being 7 and the forerunner saga is the back bone for the games.
Perfect. Since Halo 4 is taking place roughly 2-3 years after Halo 3 (as the fighting ended just before the new year), and Glasslands takes place roughly one month after Halo 3, one could suggest that, given the amount of time scientists had between Halo 3 and 4, it is entirely possible that the advances in technology brought about by the discoveries in the Dyson Sphere at Onyx could have been implemented to some effect in the Spartan IV program, whether it be in armour, shield technology, or otherwise, as I originally stated.
