What all of you tards that are trolling this thread aren't realizing is that a lot of Reach's maps can't handle the amount of vehicles, players, etc. in some of these maps. It skips -blam!- frames!
And just a little update to people telling me about how fun Halo 3 Heavies was...
Halo 3 =/= Halo: Reach. Isn't that what you fanboys have been screaming since Reach released?
Halo 3 Heavies was tons of fun. You could play while vehicles still dominated the map (on both teams of course). The only difference between H3 Heavies and regular BTB, Slayer, Etc. was that there were more vehicles and such. It didn't change the entire playing style of the game.
But then you have, again, the cluster-blam!- known as Halo: Reach heavies. Apparently vehicles spawn every time they are destroyed. There's very, very little wait time. Then, when you get in the vehicle, it usually spawns in a cramped place (unless it's Hemroid). Most people don't stay in vehicles for more than 30 seconds, maybe a minute if you're lucky, you know, considering that regular spawn weaponry can easily destroy most vehicles. Let's not forget about the lag, and the horrible maps, as well.
Let's face it... some of you morons who are saying you like -blam!- like this are the same morons who prefer pre-TU settings. You are the epitome of the cancer that's killing the Halo experience.
However, I will admit this... the difference between this thread and the countless others I have made criticizing this piece of -blam!- disgrace to the Halo franchise is that this one is clearly opinionated. I posted this to see some thoughts, not have people get butthurt because I criticized your precious, -blam!- little game and a -blam!- gametype. Some people didn't, and I respected their opinions, and some people did (you know who you are). (Going back to this paragraph, I remembered that this forum has always been this way, and it only gets worse as those who moved away from Reach and Halo completely are leaving. I feel like an idiot for even going back over this, but I guess I just forgot how things were... what a shame.)
Most of everything I said is my opinion, which I will openly admit, accept for the fact that these maps simply can't handle the number of players, items and vehicles on them. Frames skip, and when that happens, it's obviously not fun. At least openly admit that, and if you decide not to, play some BTB Heavies until you get Spire, then have the audacity to come back and say that I am some sort of liar.
Screw you guys, I'm going home (aka, not playing Halo for the next 8 months, seeing as how the one thing I enjoyed in lolReach is now ruined).
