I think that ODST is a brilliant game. It has a great campaign with a lot more action in it and a great soundtrack. Seeing what it looked like while in an ODST pod was also awesome. It also had more realistic characters too. Yes Master chief is cool but when you switch characters in levels, you feel like a totally different person with different personalities. Sadies story was also pretty neat.

Firefight is also very good. Unlike Reach, It acually felt like survival. Unfortunately ODST barely has any people playing it now because it doesn't have matchmaking and anyone who does play it are people trying to get the vidmasters. Well flood whats your opinion on ODST?

I thought ODST had a brilliant campaign. The mood was perfect, Mombasa streets were mind blowing, Sadie's story added a great feeling of exploration to the game. The firefight really had the feeling of fighting to survive. I loved this game.

New Marathon? Thanks Bungie!

I enjoy it but I wouldve liked Bungie to experiment more, felt too similar to H3

somewhere in the heavens...they are waiting. I love the Marathon Trilogy.
Halo CE will always be the best game in the Halo franchise. What a perfect game.

I think ODST is phenomenal and the most underrated Halo game. The story and music is deep and mysterious yet interesting. You want to find out what happened! Firefight is alot of fun as well. I'm used to playing it by myself though. Don't have any players to play with really. I do wish their was some kind of matchmaking system though and maybe a 8 player multiplayer, two teams of 4 ODSTs against each other? Would of been pretty neat to have a multiplayer with the silenced weapons and stuff.

I wish there was a thank button. This is the perfect summary.

That fight with the Chieftain was epic ownage compared to the Reach cutscenes. What's so great about seeing a Spartan III punch or kill a Zealot? I can hardly relate to that. But taking down a monster who's much more bigger and stronger than you that you need the help of others to subdue it? Now there's something that I can enjoy watching again and again.

Halo has been about teamwork from the beginning. The marines were central to gameplay because without them, the level felt empty. Imagine the second level of Halo and all the survivors were dead and there was no inbound Pelican. How boring would it be to walk all the way to the next area or to fight all these Covies. But in CE, Chief was the leader and marines just followed. Now they take the lead and Chief has an entirely different role: babysitting, sniping, killing everything, etc. I mean look at the Scarab fights. The rockets and missiles and scorpion rounds didn't do anything to the Scarab. The marines looked a lot like annoying pests in Theater when I flew up real high so I could get a look. Then I come in and boom goes the Scarab.

I would have liked to see Hunters vs. Spartans in Reach. That would have brought back nostalgic moments from the Halo novels. This whole Spartan vs. Elite thing is overrated and poorly done in most cases (Halo Wars had a pretty decent fight).

The silenced weapons would have worked in mp but in campaign, they're just aesthetic, not really affecting the AI.

It is great and the second best halo all time

I loved ODST, it is easily my favorite Halo game. I really enjoyed the story and I liked how it sort of tied Halo 2 and 3 together. Firefight was amazing as well, great fun with friends if you could tolerate the lag.

Do I really need a signature?

I loved ODST but the campaign was and vidmasters were the only drive to play it. Now I am fnding that the only reason I even get on ODST is for a occasional game of firefight with my bros.

Now then, tell me. What did Miggs say to you? Multiple Miggs in the next cell. He hissed at you. What did he say?

I love this game. it is probably my favourite out of the whole franchise. Unfortunately, I did not have XBox Live when this originally came out so never played it online with friends.

Now, any real friends I have are too retarded to realise how good this game is and wont play it because Reach is newer and therefore better lol. I even bought it for one of them and he still wont give it a go.

I joined a well known group so I could get to play this game and did Endure the other week on my first attempt. They are really good guys.

They also have frequent ODST runs for people looking for achievements but most of the time I'm not online when the runs are scheduled.

I tried Legendary last year after completing Reach on Legendary and really enjoyed it.

The soundtrack is by far the best out of all Halo games IMO.

That is all. :)

You joined a group to play a game? That actually sounds like a good idea considering I think that only around three of my friends have and are willing to play ODST. But I don't know if I actually would play a lotto help the group. Oh well I'll think about it because I as well enjoy this Halo more than Reach.

Love ODST, may have to dust it off this weekend.

Fun game, loved the Superintendent, couldn't play it for a long time and it messed up my close quarter combat.

Campaign was awesome, though. :)

IMO, Bungie's weakest Halo game

Great campaign, though it was too short. Firefight was amazing. I like the lack of matchmaking as kids would just get on and waste all their teams lives.

Love ODST, still play it every week with a group of online friends. I've been playing firefight mostly, and switched back to the campaign, because it's so much fun.

We hold weekly ODST firefight/campaign runs for our group of players who need achievements. It's still boatloads of fun.

Ya I love halo 3 odst it really made me feel like I was a hero but not a spartan. Its campaign and firefight is greet, better than any other halo ever. The first moment I played it I felt like I wasn't immortal but a bad ass marine. The fact that most of the time as the rookie i was alone with covenant I felt scared. Bungie you out did your self o this one :)

I have no arguments with any of you. I felt like a bad ass marine that could die if I didn't use my wits but on the other hand I felt like I could take on the world and have seconds. Thanks again bungie for everything for the last ten years...see you on the flip side bro's.
