Old school Bungie, born and raised,
In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

You know this thread has attracted a lot of mythics to this thread. A mod could carpet wipe us all!

And lose 90% of the actually funny jokes that happen? Not a chance.

Only Mythics can make jokes about Foman's mom without getting brown on their noses.

How about jokes about your mom?

^Like I said, without Mythics, we would have no good jokes.

I would say I am one of the most successful trolls in Bungie.net history.

For some reason I feel obligated to post ITT.

I see a good bit of satire in the OP, I actually chuckled a bit while reading it.

Really though, I think that getting involved in the community itself is what makes people stay. I post on many other forums but I seem to always have a tab for Bnet, I think that's what makes you a true mythic.

  • 03.13.2012 8:04 PM PDT

Why do people in ship mutinies always ask for "better treatment"? I'd ask for a pinball machine, because with all that rocking back and forth, you'd get a lot of free games.

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

The only way of telling is to get banned. If the blue bar comes back the second you get off the ban you're a true mythic.

That has happened to me 3 times.

"I'd have to say Lockout was the worst"

I'm pretty sure that's heresy, and that it conflicts with the "Code of Manliness" - page 792, section E subsection D paragraph 3.2. I suggest you relay that statement.

We have no secrets.

Any perceived secret is an illusion to distract you from the collapse of the global economic system through which you experience the world.

We have no secrets.

I would also add to that, that any and all attention given to the GREEN movement and global warming is to distract you from the more important things in life. Like gas prices, Santa, and grandma's cookies that are about to burn. Focus.

I broke one of the cords for my X11s because I couldn't get past the final American course in Doritos Crash Course.

To become 'Mythic' you just have to spend some time here.

Time is relative.

Relatively speaking, everyone is Mythic.

Really? I thought all of us disagreed with one another on every viewpoint.
Well that isn't entirely true, we're generally in agreement when it comes to people we think are stupid.

Q. How many Mythic's does it take to screw in a light bulb?

A. All of them. One to do it, and the rest to breath a sigh of relief that others can see their blue bar again.
Also when I read this post I was kinda hoping there would be 3 pages of mythix lightbulb jokes following.

OP - You're a dumbass with the reading comprehension skills of a second grader.

Can someone tell me what's wrong with these two, this made me LOL hard.

This video should sum up what we all feel on the inside.

Even the Mythics. ;)

Although the OP is good for promoting the whole be kind and helpful community thing but wouldn't it be better to just call them 'Helpful Member'?

You must sacrifice your first born son, and sell your eldest daughter into prostitution. Every other title is derived from that.

That could be a problem. I already gave up my first born son for my Army of the Damned. I called no backsies too. Fiddlesticks.

Mythic sux lmfaaooooo.

Truth be told, all members, regardless of title, should always act like that. Especially the toast part. I just had some, and it was quite awesome, I assure you.
