Subject: Incorporate Some Groups Into The Advertisements???

Citizens of Me! The cruelty of the old Pharaoh is a thing of the past. Let a whole new wave of cruelty wash over this lazy land.

Hear the word of Pharaoh. Build unto me a statue of ridiculous proportion. One billion cubits in height......that I might be remembered for all eternity!

And be quick about it!

Implement a feature that allows you to see posts in a group per day. Then let groups earn points based on posts. Good way to ensure that private chapters don't die.

God I wish they'd do this.

I'm trying to become an '04, but it's not working too well."

Actually, it would be pretty cool to have a banner up for a week after the ride along, linking to the news post.

I think every Ride-Along group should be able to submit a banner design (alternatively, could ask for assistance in a public thread here for image-editing awesome folks to make one for them) and then perhaps they could be put on a cycle.

Would be MUCH cooler than the Group Spotlights page, which nobody looks at.

However, it could be monopolizing. There'd be no love for the little guys.

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”

I also quite like this idea, as long as it is only for a week as we do not want any group to receive special treatment (even if not intended). Possible solution: If there has not been another Ride Along in a weeks time, the ad could be changed to either the current Septagon ad, or to a new one that would encourage groups to get in contact with DeeJ about a Ride Along.

The Ride Alongs themselves have been a lot of help in boosting member count in the specific private groups. Advertisement banners on the site would be too much of a hassle. I say just stick with the Ride Along method.

It could work much like Bungie favorites, or the group spotlight. I think that would be quite cool actually. It would give good group a chance to grow and stay active.

Why don't we just have an ad for the classifieds?

Because unfortunately, noone goes to the classfields.
There are almost 50 unique clans/group advertisements posted just today. What do you mean nobody goes there?

I'm sorry if you misunderstood: I meant nobody REPLIES to any threads.

I thought that was against the rules. Am I mistaken? (checking now)

EDIT: Sorry, that was for The Gallery, I was confused, my bad.
