Well has anyone brought up the idea that cheaters can be beaten???
I.e. I was playing Team Slayer with my friend over XBox Live the other day. As it turns out, we were fighting cheaters that day on Coagulation. So my friend came up with a plan. I'd grab a sniper and get as close to the base as I could. He would be a distraction while the other two we were playing with would hide in the rocks, waiting. My friend ran into the center of Coag and started running around screaming "Whered you guys go!?" acting as if lost. The cheaters were on him in seconds. They ran faster and had modded BRs that always hit you in the head. My friend lived a second before I heard "Taken the lead. Lost the lead." Then I said over the team comm "Time to go to work."
I zoomed in to 5x zoom and took aim. I fired once. One modder went down. I ran like hell as I heard gunfire, then I realized it was the two others, using the so called "noob" combo to their advantage. Two more modders went down. I reached the bottom of the cliff and waited for the offensive attack from the modders. My friend respawned in base and grabbed a sniper.
Sure enough, the modders ran across the level, fast as hell, towards my friend. He fired twice, dropping one modder, while I blew another ones face off. The others continued using the noob combo, taking out the other two.
Overall, we won the match 18 to 6. The modders proceeded to quit out of the match, and my friend and I did the same after the modders did.
The moral to my story is that modders can be beaten. you just have to know how to handle them, know what upgrades they have, and work together.
