I am a "True" gamer advocate.
Halo 2
People are crazy, and times are strange...
I never told you, did I? The true leader of love, its true... You do exist. My orders were simple sir, I swear to you. For this is what I have to report... From the realms on screen, the realms of my dreams
I woke up in the same place I went to sleep, as if I expected to wake up somewhere else. The only difference from last night, was the sun shining, and I lost 6 hours of time. If I am to get back on schedule, I would have to Jostle my way through this desert. An absolute sea of garbage. Urban areas ran out of room to sprawl, in consequence, deserts around the world, including this one in Texas, became designated landfills.
This, of course, was a result of the second Cold War. The tug O' war between The United States, and China. Economically, it pushed their countries to expand all urban areas. The goal was to have maximum resource availability, or whatever the campaign slogan was. People were closer, closer to their jobs, markets, etc. In theory, both countries thought that it would speed up their economies, and so the people followed. Or, at least thats what I recall. I'm sure you would like to have a reminder of what else I recall, but I'll save it for when we are face to face, that way you can see the disgust in mine
I hacked manually, trudging through a few miles of garbage. I finally reached a highway on the outer edge of another megametropolis. Do I take the shadows once more? No. Today I won't be charged for loitering, for today is wiser. I also have a secondary destination to arrive at. Its funny that this is my first stop, but my secondary destination, is it not? All I have to do from here, walk. If I stay close to the edge of the desert, I can follow the highway to my destination.
All roads lead to war, right? Our answer... is yes. Yes, because man is more like machine than he thinks. Yes, because machines only respond to external influence. Thats why this road leads to war, not because I conceived it. I'm only responding to you. Also, no act is selfless, I know you understand that, most do after they ponder and plot. I'm only motivated to react to my external influence, when and only when, my spirit is at odds. I am so discontented, it will lead to war. When there is a negative external influence, ones only options are to distance themselves(put space between the two spirits), or change the particular negative influence, into a positive. However, both solutions, whether change, or distance, both are acts of intolerance. I suppose intolerance is the only thing you and I have in common.
