I find that those whose K/Ds are low say that K/D doesn't matter. Also, people with 2s are saying that if you don't have a 2.0 or better, you suck.
Well, tell me. Does K/D really matter?
This guy is obviously a hack or he grabs a power weapon, gets a kill and then hides for the entire game. His spread is +0 consistently. All I have to say is, 'not doing it right, and not skilled AT ALL.'
This guy is a horrible example to base your argument off of. He is an 'extreme case.' You can't look at someone like this and say in general 'K.D' doesn't matter, or 'K.D matters;' that's such a stupid argument.
On average, people with positive K.D's are relatively skilful and those with negative K.D's are not as skillful. That is a fact for most cases. I thought that was pretty obvious. Of course someone with a 5.0 K.D who plays griffball masterfully isn't a threat when holding a DMR but maybe you get it now.
These posts are pointless. If K.D matters to you, good for you. For a lot of people, it doesn't matter. There is nothing you can do to change that. When I play objective games in halo I will get myself killed over and over to try to win, but in slayer games my K.D is usually pretty nice. If you take all my experiences as a whole I am an above average player, maybe even a skilled player, but not an amazing player.
