The American Grifball League of America (AGLA) is about to enter its 16th season! The AGLA is a 4 v 4 competitive grifball league, with a 10 game regular season followed by playoffs. Grifball is a very fun neutral assault gametype played in Halo: Reach; if you haven't played it yet you should check out the playlist under the "community" section where it's up all the time. If you don't have a team, you can check out this page(http://grifball.info/agla-classic/free-agents) which includes players looking for teams and teams looking for players. If you already have a team and are all set to go, you can sign up right now on this page (http://grifball.info/agla-classic/registration). Signups for this season are currently open and will close at midnight on Saturday, March 24th. You can find more details here (http://grifball.info/welcome). Thanks for stopping by, and hope to see some of y'all on the court!

@Krab
No it doesn't have jetpacks unfortunately. Our official gametype for league games is a 9 round Vanilla variant.

@Nader
Lol yes we know the name sounds redundant but it's been the name we used ever since Burnie Burns founded the league.

Que Custodiet Ipsos Custodes

--Tea-baggers are funny, it's as if they think they are far more hetero than the people who do it in real life, because they use their e-ballsacks to do it. What a manly victory dance.

Too many laggy people in that group, and most of them end up turning into stat-padders and quitting/getting kicked out. If you can tell me you've seen one custom game with AGLA people where someone doesn't launch straight to the middle in one hammer launch on spawn (you can't launch well on good connection, the worse it is the higher you can launch), then I'll be surprised.

Or I could not listen to two nasal Americans who laugh at exploding grunts and sound like a woman giving birth.

no, grifball is connection based and retarded

i can't believe some people take it seriously. it was made as a joke gametype for a one-off quip on RvB and then people actually made it into a serious gametype, and a stupid one which does nothing but determine who has the best connection, at that.

So does SWAT.
At least SWAT requires some sort of aiming ability and alertness. In Grifball you can see the other players all the time but are limited from doing anything until you're close. Not to mention the grav hammer is hardly precise. Your analogy is terrible.
