Are there separate art teams in the studio handling different aspects of a game? For example, finishing, conceptual, 3D, etc....Or is it all under one career?

There are heaps of different positions under the "Art" banner. They include environment artist, concept artists, lighting artists, hard surface artists, texture artists, character artists, technical artists and so on.

So polishing would be under.....By polish I mean putting the final touches on a piece.

I don't think they have specific 'polishers' because that is only needed at the very end of projects - they woudn't do much for most of the time.

Polish is handled by the same artists that do the rough drafts - they just put more time in.
