no it does not, i am pretty sure NO employee would EVER overstep the rules of a creator as they do not wish that upon themselves
A group can have it's own set of rules, but it must still abide by the ToU and the CoC. A Superuser can (and will) come into a group and take action against it if does not abide by both of the previously stated documents.

a so called "Superuser" has NO power, unless you give it to him/her, by breaking the aformentioned o_O
and to get back on topic, groups actually have yellow text it's just that everyone can see it, including the non members.
