Actually, Sangheili is the "Elites" species name, Elite was just a name given to them by the humans. So, it actually would be, Elite is the Human word for Sangheili.

Just had to get that out.

What does:

Sangheili mean?
ODST mean?
Mjolnir Mean?

The first two have been covered. However, Mjolnir was also the name of Thor's hammer in Norse mythology, if I'm mistaken. The armor didn't get it's name from just anywhere.

Ahh yes. Mjolnir.

Mjollnir - the Hammer of Thor. He throws it and it crushes its target, then returns to Thor's hand. Fairly appropriate considering the role of the MC.

Furthermore, you fail at including end marks.

He did not end his sentence with a period, which is an indication of poor grammar.

"Sanghelli" is the species name of the Elite. When they were incorporated into the Covenant, they were called Elites.

True, but here if you said the word "Period" it'd either mean:
a) "Female Things"
b) A segmented block in which a lesson takes place in school.

It's called a "Full stop" here, and that's just the way it is.. *du-de-lum, du-de-lum, du-de-lum*

I appeal to the non-British among us.

I love all people equally. I merely use an American dialect, as that appeals to the widest population.

American is merely a bastardisation of the English language though...

I like to regard it as a melting pot of language...

Although full stops, do sound nicer, I have no preference.
