I've tried it a few times, but my experience has been that employee posts in the flood don't do much to enhance the conversation.
You think employee posts enhance conversation anywhere?

Pff.

What are you talking about? Your posts enhance the discussions so much that they turn into hot topics!

That's half the problem, it turns into a quote war.
However if the employees remained casual about it, I would love to see more of them in the flood.

I don't always ban people but when I do I laugh uncontrollably...that's if I was a Forum Ninja.

Truth is a matter of perception.

Moderators post on the Flood all of the time.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Ironically, many Floodanians will quote and employee or mod and say INB4QUOTESTORM while causing the thing they forewarned.

They post in the flood all the time.

Yeah, Recon and K Mart used to post in there all the time, but Recon seems to have gone away recently and K Mart was kidnapped by the US Air Force.

Jesus posting in the flood wouldn't do much to enhance the conversation.

If you assign every letter of the alphabet a number, a is 1, b is 2, etc., and you take all of the values of the word "MATH", and add them, you get 42. So math is the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.

Got me 300 replies in my "What book are you currently reading?" thread. Thanks for that.

I moved on to E.L Doctorow's The Book of Daniel now, finished Gatsby. Currently finalizing my Gatsby essay :)

Please stop complaining about the 'death of a loved one' it's my job. They probably deserved it anyways. Here's a warning, if you keep making pentagrams out of the neighbors livestock I will personally come to your house and kill everyone you love. Now leave me alone, I got to get back to work.
~M.D~

I was having a bad day and so a employee posted a link to a buunch of dogs running :) It made me happy. They post there every blue moon

Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

Now what could possibly have given you that idea, Bryce?

I suggest you make a ALT specifically for the flood, or for the majority of what you post. That is what I would do if I was in your shoes.

I like to keep my post:ban ratio healthy in The Flood. For every post I make there, you can figure that about 35 people have been banned.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

I've seen Achronos post in the Flood a couple times, alond with Deej.
