not that halo 2 wasn't great or anything but compare it to the books the chief would run and gun everything he saw he would sneak behind enemy line and attack there or plant a nuke

and he should have a team of 4 spartans like G.R.A.W or sumthin u know tell them where to go and attack or defend

bungie has already addressed this. halo is an FPS. it is focused on master chief. they want the player to feel like they were the only one that could do what MC does. if you want something like GRAW then just go play GRAW.

nah, it shouldnt have more strategy, it's like the best fps on any console atm, why risk changing that?

One of the main reasons halo is a popular game is the ability to run into a battle and kick ass all by yourself, making you feel superior. Halo 3 wouldn't be the same if it required more stealth and strategy.

I agree with Chemical and thats what I say to everyone that wants to change it. Why make it like lesser games when they arent as good, I dont see the logic in that personally.

What the hell man, no way no way no way! I can nver find a game that has non stop action where you can race in annihalate the enemy and survive lol. Halo 2 is the best/only proper action game. You want strategy, try legendary

If there is strategy, you won't really be able to launch yourself completely ino the game. On strategizing games, the point is not to obliterate armadas but to find a button and press it to make a big BANG. Strategy will ruin Halo

yeah, but it'd be nice to see more moments where you can choose to go ninja rather than run and gun.

"Fire at will boys!"
"Who the heck is Will, sarge?"

Typo a day keeps the doctor away.

There are a couple of those on Halo 1. At least in Assault to the Control Room. They are fun, sure, but if the game was full of that, it wouldn't be fun. It's a strange thing. In Thief 1&2 (haven't played the third one) sneaking is what makes the game fun. But you have to sneak in that game. The enemies are too strong. Not in Halo. You are either the strongest or at least one of the strongest in each battle, so why bother to sneak much.
