Anyone here think private groups should have its won search bar to find threads, posts, and members?

Who the hell do you think I am?

Yes.

There needs to be a huge update to private groups.

This is a quality suggestion. Private groups are severally hampered by their laack of features. I know that i have to kick myself when i want to revist a thread and realize i had forgotten to save it.

I think the pinned topics section is good enough. Every group should have a thread with links to "notable threads" within the group

The Gunman Division: Ace Gunman, xOmega Gunmanx, JT Gunman, xLost Gunmanx, (Op) Lone Gunman, Spade Gunman, Viper Gunman, Ysuran Gunman, BlindfireGunman, Angel, briskit1, dinjitsu2222, and Onobono. No idiots, please!

I was just thinking about this feature earlier. Would be insanely useful, especially for bigger groups with hundreds of pages of posts.

This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

It's like watching a car wreck. You don't want to get arrested, but begin to salivate at the aroma of the burning carcasses.

Yeah, that would be great actually.

  • 03.31.2012 8:41 PM PDT

That actually would be a very useful addition.

Generally admins do not want to link to some threads as they tarnish the images. Furthermore updating the history thread can become a chore for highly successful groups. While the implementation of a search bar for private groups seems unlikely i would very much appreciate the addition of this feature to ease the strain on Admins, allowing them more time to enjoy the communities they have forged.

That would be a very useful feature. With Bungie being "dark" private groups grow much more active.

I agree with everyone here. There are so many things bungie could do to the private groups, including making the private group forums more like the public forums, and giving group moderators colored text on the group forums. How hard could it be to just do some minor updates for the people on bungie.

Sing for me, will ya?

Yes, that would be very helpful.

  • 04.04.2012 4:16 PM PDT

I don't think there has been update in groups for awhile.

  • 04.04.2012 5:20 PM PDT

I would be happy with a search bar that works.

I never sleep, 'cause sleep is the cousin of death.

Without a doubt. I'm in a group that has over a thousand pages; a search bar would make the process of finding threads in that group...well, not a process.

It's a metaphor for the 07s' lack of identity. too old to be newfag, yet too new to be oldfag, we wander b.net in search of a home, forever trying to be something we are not.

Just made a thread about this like 3 weeks ago. Before that someone else made the same thread, and before that as well.

I think that this idea has been conveyed to the webteam and in IMO it will be in the next update.

Don't make a liar out of me Achronos.
