First off, it's a good thing i didn't read that one piece that said "check back often!" or whatever, I'm paraphrasing from what i read here. I was personally happy and excited with what we got from E3. It's enough for me, and the suspence, and surprises of not seeing what else may or may not be is what I'm waiting for when I get my copy home on the 9th of Nov. I'd rather not be to spoiled on it, because in the long run, that's what it seems like a moajority of people want here. Be content, you know the game's gonna rock, so quit whining about not getting enough, and the whole "we were promised more" crap. Live with it, and be happy, if not, get the hell out.

You couldn't resist barron?? I watched alot of people make fun of me and I vowed not to reply, but then you came along, and wow, i was bedazzled with your, umm, stupidity?? I've heard great things about you, but unfortunately they were all dumbfounded.

And this relates to the subject... how? What is it, now that you're confronted with the truth- I'm stupid? I'm really not surprised you said that- most of your kind use the same logic.

Find my post where I said I hate bungie, please find it and show it to me, would you be so kind?? So whats idiotic now?

Alas, you are correct, I was a bit to overzealous by saying you hated Bungie. You never said that outright, but you cannot deny that you are very angry with them, can you?

Wait, don't answer that question, you already answered it with you actions.

If you really mean that, you're a better man than most. I've only known one other person who could do that- and that's stosh.

alright guys, i personally enjoyed E3, i thought the 8 minutes was good, then a few days later (which for me was later in the week) i got that 20 seconds worth, infact i got that on friday, thats later to me, i'm happy, then we got our weekly update, i thought it was good, i mean, i didnt know clans were going to be in Halo 2, i didnt know lots of the stuff he mentioned like imaging the wierd guy headbutting the light to see it move, its cool, and fun.

Let people have their opinions, mine says, that it was good, i saw the E3 vid last year, and it was cool, butg nothing i really got excited about, now however, i am excited, and want to put myself in a coma for 6 months, wake up, find $100 (Australian) magically, go down and buy that game, if anyone can say that E3 truly let them down, and they dont wanna get the game anymore, then that is sad, and you'll be missing out. also, someone was saying Half Life 2 stole the show, but if you went to IGN.com, and checked the popular E3 thing, Halo was top 3/5, or 3/6 things, most wanted, and whatnot, the ones it didnt get is most owned (Ninja Gaiden) and most hired (Hitman) and i think maybe something else, but i didnt see Half Life 2 on top of anything, and some people found the half life footage just as bland...

Be hgappy with what you got, Bungie didnt really want to release much information anyway, but i feel that they could answer some of our questions such as ones like (are there going to be over shields and camo in multiplayer) or such!

I was pleased with the amount of things taht they released. I think if they had spaced it out more, no one here would be complaining. 3 and four screenshots a day, and then a movie! I think you all would be singing a different tune if this was teh case

Okay, this thread has run its course, I think.

If you're disappointed, it's fine. Go be disappointed. In my opinion, it's the result of being greedy. In your opinion, you seem to think Bungie owes you more than the ton that they gave us this week. Features we had only heard about until this time were actually there, on display, and demonstrated. Not just demonstrated, but people were given the chance to try it and give it a feel for themselves.

There was a comment shortly after my second post in this thread, about my "bringing myself down to the level of the users of this forum." I may be a moderator, but I'm still a Bungie fan, and I'm still a community member. I am at the same level as everyone else.

Last year was a choreographed single player demo based on a section of the campaign. What did we see? A little about the ambience of the single player mode, marines and grunts driving vehicles, the battle rifle and the smg, and the new single player graphics. This year, people saw Spartan versus Covnenant multiplayer in action. We saw how blowing tires out on a warthog can send the car rolling, ruining the escape. We saw how even the multiplayer levels are being designed so that the destructable environments are not just an extra, but a pivotal part of the game, to be taken advantage of. We saw that the energy sword is a bad ass weapon that demands respect. We experienced being chased by a homing rocket, and the frustration of a ghost slipping by that rocket. And most importantly, we saw one game type played wildly different each and every time.

Which is more than what can be said about last year's demo, which was, as I said before, a choreographed demonstration.

What I haven't heard yet is what it is people were suspecting. Particularly Milky. I'm left to assume, then, he just assumed he was going to get some hour long demonstration of the game, or some other poorly concieved idea that really pays no regard to how Bungie works. If you do not know Bungie at all, and are new to the community, then I apologize for how appaled I am at your reaction.

However, even someone that's been around since a little after Halo's release on the XBox should know better than this.

Those of you that are angry that Bungie.net doesn't have its own exclusive video content yet, understand that the team that makes that content you (sometimes undeservingly) demand has spent this week down at E3 demonstrating the demo. The REST of the team, all of those that actually work on the game itself, are working on the game. That means you have to find inside of you to sit down and wait for everyone to get back home (I'm not even home yet), get everything sorted that they had missed while away, Then start recording multiplayer, edit the work together and make it presentable, then make sure the usual mirrors can host.

You'll just have to wait.
