Okay everyone, I found it. To get you guys up to date, here's the trail up to now:

First: http://lyca.com/dig.html
* questions? write lyca at quo . org

Now I went to quo.org.
* email status at quo dot org

So what did I do? I emailed "Lyca" to status@quo.org. Exactly 75 minutes later, I received a reply from a certain "Matt Asher":

primenumbers.com

That's all I got, just a link. So I went to Prime Numbers.com, and it looked like a legitimate math site on first glance, right? Further research tells me otherwise. Like I did for lyca.com, I went to register.com to check out who registered the domain name. Also like lyca.com, I got the following error message "Domain Not Found."

The conclusion?
PrimeNumbers.com is the next step on the path!

Update:
* "Basic math underlies almost every piece of technology we have today." found hidden in the PrimeNumbers.com webpage.
* PrimeNumbers.com I.P. traced to Bellingham, Washington.

I would suggest you go to this thread. It has all of this and more. We are currently trying to figure out the secrets of primenumbers.com, lyca.com, and acyl.com

Yep. It is. I compared it to braille and guess what it spells. Lyca!

What is with this Lyca site anyway??

What? Lyca.com? I don't know, I don't think it matters. I'm on primenumbers.com right now...and I'm not seeing anything good yet. I'm checking the image sources, because Bungie hides cookies like that in the images on the Seventh Column. Anyone else find anything?

Sorry about the double post, but I found something in the source code of the page, around the center or so:

<FONT face=Arial>
<!--
Basic math underlies almost every piece of technology we have today. <BR>

-->

What's this hinting at? The Covenant's emulative tendencies? A regular math site wouldn't have a quote like that commented out in the middle of their code, now would they?

The only other commented-out code is this:
<!--was topic more text. no copyright-->

towards the bottom, and that seems to bear no significance.

Okay, new information. I IP traced primenumbers.com to Bellingham, Washington: a town just north of the Seattle area. We can be sure now that its some sort of Microsoft associate.

I have no idea, but I checked it out with the rest of the hype, and I found some stuff. Then again, ilovebees.com has no immediate Halo connotations either, and that was a definate viral site wasn't it?

Ok, so I know this is already close to a flamewar and I don't mean to
add to that, but how difficult would it be to select a naming scheme,
shove all the functions into and alias the non-conforming names to those
functions. New code would be consistent, old code would work. And then
at PHP 8 or so the old versions could be totally scrapped.

I'm probably missing some basic impediment to doing this and I'd
appreciate it being pointed out to me - with or without a smiley ;).

Is there even and Valid connection to halo 3 yet. Not even the Cortana letters are connected directly to Halo 3. Its not like it was with Halo 2, Ilovebees.com showed up in the trailer and nothing showed up for halo 3.

I would like to point out that "Lyca" is referred to in the fifth Cortana Letter, shown here.

There is a definite connection to the Halo Universe now.

And the cortana letters were used for a different game as was Lyca.com if my memory serves me right. I even found some discussion on it from 2001 in the archives of HBO i think.

I guess my 'connection' is heresay: since the H3 trailer references the Cortana Letters and this mysterious site does as well leads me to believe the two are related.
