Bungie has always had the rights to Marathon, and PiD.

Oni and Myth belong to TakeTwo. Take Two published Myth III, which sucked cause some other studio developed it.

Please stop complaining about the 'death of a loved one' it's my job. They probably deserved it anyways. Here's a warning, if you keep making pentagrams out of the neighbors livestock I will personally come to your house and kill everyone you love. Now leave me alone, I got to get back to work.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

It is up for renewal by May, 30th, 2012.

If Bungie doesn't re-register, they could lose Bungie.net trademark?

They own Marathon, Pathways into Darkness, Gnop, Minotaur: Labyrinths of Crete, and Operation Desert Storm.
I really wish people would stop referencing Gnop! as a legitimate game. It was a pong clone. Sure, it was Bungie's first published title but citing as a legitimate IP that Bungie has the rights to is kind of silly. :\

"That's about all that can be said for plots, which anyway are just one thing after another, a what and a what and a what.

Now try how and why."

somewhere in the heavens...they are waiting. I love the Marathon Trilogy.
Halo CE will always be the best game in the Halo franchise. What a perfect game.
(Proud LONGTIME owner of the PC and Xbox versions of Halo CE)

Speaking of Marathon, I'm dying to see another title. I was kinda hoping something Marathon would of emerged after Halo:Reach...oh well!
