I'm kinda curious about this for some reason. I actually prefer the older style of armor in CE. Seems simpler but just as deadly. Please vote.

Halo. I think Master Chief looks alot more intimidating. Halo 2's armor does look cooler but the Mark V makes MC look like a god.

If I don't see you, good afternoon, good evening, and good nite.

His armor looked more grainy, real, tangible, feasible. It's hard to describe but he was badass.

Its like holding onto an electric fence, and complaining that it hurts, yet you still do it. See the stupidity now?

How to make the Campaign worth playing

Mark VI

I just like how it looks and doesnt seem to encumber him as much. The fusion pack was also too big for my taste.

And MC running faster in the old armor and swimming is a game mechanic not a difference in the armor....so....yeah.

Doc: "i'm a pacifist"
Caboose: "your a thing that babies suck on?"
Tucker: "no dude, that's a pedephile"
Church: "tucker, i think he means a pacifier"

i wa actually suprised at the run speed in halo 2 with the mark VI. the only time i remember running fast in halo's mark IV is when playing on legendary.

Mark IV.

Can't jump for crap in it, but you can run like the wind and even swim (in freaking lava!).

Mark 4? Isn't that Marathon? (I personally haven't tried those games yet. It's just a guess)

The Mark VI makes the Chief look real cool and sleek, while I thought the Mark V made him look real tough. I'm going to have to go with the Mark V.

UNLESS, I've got my numbers all messed up. Haven't paid attention to that armour number for some time now.

I like the Mark VI armor...it is detailed and good looking, especially the revamped Halo3 version. However, I prefer the Mark V because, though it is simpler, it makes the Master Chief look bulkier and much more intimidating. For example, the larger faceplate and visor and the fact that there are no designs on the faceplate add greatly to the intimidation factor.

Give me Mark IV anyday.

As for the Master Chief I thought the Mark V looked very big, sturdy, and powerful. Like a super soldier would.

The Mark VI looked smaller and more for movement, didn't seem as combat like to me.

The one from CE is way better. Shields actually last, they also recharge faster if you play on a harder difficulty. Hell on normal they recharge as fast as Halo 2's sheilds .So much for "these sheilds recharge faster."

i like the one in the h3 trailer since it looks cooler (even though not that different from halo 2) and either way you blow the hell outta things and have a sheild so im ok with just looks but the other ones are cool too.

The armor in Halo CE looked stronger than the mark 6. Furthermore, the marines armor looked a lot more advanced in the original halo when compared to halo 2. The mombasa level has a strong resemblance to Somalia and Iraq.

Mark VII? because the gloves are awsome.

ClarkieCo

Asthetically Mark VI, and for gameplay the Mark VI, it honestly does recharge faster, and you can take more hits when the shield reaches Zero. Although I do like having a health bar, and they claim that the Mark V can take more direct damage, from experience I find it can't.
The problem is the gameplay in Halo CE is built around the health bar, and therefore some levels can't be completed if you don't have full health for most of it, The shield just can't take enough hits before your defenseless.

I prefer the mark V it was more intimidating. The chief looked like some god who would walk up to your tank and flip it over then kill you. The mark VI just dosent have enough substance.
