the laws of MR:
Section 1: The Founder
the founder shall mantain the same authority in the MetalRanchers as the 2nd in command. but in place of 2nd in command his rank shall be known as 'MetalRacnhers: Founder'. therefore if the 2nd in command has authority to do something or to not do something the Founder may or may not also do it.
Section 2: MetalRanchers Hierarchy
the MetalRancher members shall be ranked according to the following order, from greatest to least:
ACES
Commander
2nd in Command/Founder
Lieutenant
Seargant
ELITES
Elite unit commander
Elite unit 1
Elite Unit 2
Elite Unit 3
VETERANS
Veteran unit commander
Veteran unit 1
Veteran unit 2
Veteran unit 3
GREENS
Green unit commander
Green unit 1
Green unit 2
Green unit 3
in the space provided for faction affiliation the members shall put whatever rank they posses into that space. any one member in higher authority than any other member(s) may issue orders during battle to that member. therefore the commander may issue orders to anyone he chooses, and Green unit 1 may not issue orders to anyone.
Section 3: Recruiting
there are three instances in witch a person may be recruited into the MetalRanchers faction:
1) the Commander may at any time recruit anyone for any reason (unless it is to weaken the MetalRanchers)
2) the 2nd in Command may recruit any one he/she sees fit as long as he/she gains the Commander's approval
3) if any other member(s) wish to recruit someone they must inform either the Commander and/or the 2nd in Command. then, if they both approve of the person, there shall be a vote held among all members (other than the Commander and 2nd in Command) majority rules. if there is a tie then the person is still excepted.
Section 4: Trial of Position
there are 2 instances in witch a trial of position may occur:
1) when a new recruit is found he/she must fight the lowest ranking member in a dual. if the challenger wins then he/she will fight the next highest ranking member, so on and so forth. if the challenger loses than he/she will take whatever rank of that lower than the person he has lost to. when doing this the challenger will not fight the Founder (unless he/she wants to) but instead will fight the 2nd in Command.
2) at any time a member may challenge another member of either the same rank as him/herself or one rank higher than him/herself for example: Green unit 3 may challenge another green member, or a a veteran member. an ace may only challenge another ace member to a trial of position. if the challenger wins (usually he/she will be of lower rank) then he/she will swap ranks with the loser.
the Founder may be challenged to a Trial of Position but cannot advance nor decrease in rank because he has no real position to swap. he will always remain the Founder, so whoever one would be 2nd in Command, but there can be no 2 members of the same rank.
Section 5: Trial of Anihilation
at any time one member feels vialated by another member he/she may challenge the other member to a Trial of Anihilation. ONLY IF THE CHALLENGED MEMBER EXCEPTS THE CHALLENGE MAY THE TRIAL CONTINUE. both members must inform the Commander, who will then decide whether the reason for the Trial is a valid one (IT MAY NOT BE PERSONAL), and whether or not to hold a vote. the votes must UNANIMOULSY agree that the Trial may take place. each challenger will then have his supporters rally to them against the other challenger and his supporters. not all members must support a certain side. then a death-match no-respawn will be held. the challenger with the losing side will then be banished from the MetalRanchers unless he under goes a Trial of Amnesty or the opposing challenger decides that he may remain.
Section 6: Trial of Amnesty
if the challenger who fails a Trial of Anihilation decides to undergo a Trial of Amnesty he may do so without voting (only informing the Commander as soon as the Trial of Anihilation is over. the Commander is recuired to ask if he/she wishes to do so) the losing challenger must then fight the the winning challenger's supporters alone. if he/she wins then he/she will become the lowest ranking member of MetalRanchers and may only challenge someone to a Trial of Position after he/she defeats the other challenger in a dual. then he/she will be concidered forgiven and the whole matter will be forgotten.
Section 7: Other Information
any member who wishes to leave the MetalRanchers may do so at any time as long as he informs the Commander/2nd in Command.
not all members must attend wars (if ever there are any).
the only way for the Law to be changed is if the Commander/2nd in Command propose a change and there is a majority vote from the entire faction. this concerns any part of the Law, witch may be changed in any way, shape, or form seen fot to better the faction.
