Subject: Reform the English language! New English Revolution

This is a very recent group, so if you join you will be among the first members.
The idea of this group may sound silly at first, but hear me out. It's an easy, and worthy cause.
First off, a quick introduction:
Wouldn't it be nice if all that stuff we learned about phonics in kindergarten didn't go out the window?
It's quite time for an English language revolution. It may sound ridiculous to many, but why don't we speak Old English anymore? Because over time, the speakers of the language developed something better. Well we need something better. And how is it going to change? By us making the difference. WE make the language better. There's no calling Webster, there's note vote in Congress, it's simply a matter of us choosing to improve the language we speak every day. If we achieve this, we will be making English better for the future generations.
It's time for improvement to rise. It's time for reform. It's time for the birth of New English.

Still not convinced?
Ever heard of the U.S. military rank Colonel? (It's pronounced ker-nuhl). ..WHAT?!
Double O says "book", but it also says "mood".
Audibly, "kite" and "light" rhyme. The G doesn't even have a reason to be in "light". G normally says what it does in "golf", "leg", and "wiggle".
PH for "phone" but F for "frog"?
And what about I-E, E-I?? You may say, there's a rule for that; I after E, except after C. Oh, yeah? Then what about these words?

We could go on, and on, and on.

In the group, we discuss phonology and which letters should make which sounds and when, what makes the most sense consistently, organize an improved dictionary, and promote progressive usage outside of the group (while texting, on Facebook, etc.). Let this take over. It will be worth it.

The bottom line is, we can fix this language.
In the group Forum, we will discuss how.
I say we start transforming English into a phonic language, not a random, crazy, rule-breaking language that makes no sense. It's very difficult for people to learn. Why does it need to be? Let's start changing the language NOW. WE are the English-speakers.

Before saying this isn't that important, it's not like I'm saying die for it, sure this isn't a massive cause, but it's EASY, and it will make a positive change for us and future generations. So my question is, WHY NOT?

If yu agree, joyn me. And remember, frendz...

Sawnd it awt.

They call me Mister Nuke. You, my fine acquaintance, may call me Mister Nuke. Welcome to the wonderful dystopia that is my user page. If you're here about something I may have done to upset you, do not waste your precious time sending me a message. I will not reply. There is a good chance it was not really upsetting and that you are angry over nothing. If it was a "big deal," then well, my bad.

1. TL;DR. More appropriately, only read a bit.
2. Seems more like a rant than a real recruitment.
3. Definitely a rant. 5% recruitment ad, 95% rant.

It's okay, as a group about reasoning and literary and overall communication improvement, I'm looking for intelligent people, thinkers, and people with selfless motivation and drive. definitely people who are not too lazy to read a well-thought out point someone else has made when already 'wasting' time on a website Forum , anyway. You probably wouldn't do well there, so no loss to me :)

You should at least know the basics of the language you seek to "reform" before attempting it. For example, look over what you said again. You missed a few capitalizations. Also, the proper way to quote something is with " ". Not ' '. What you did is for a quote in a quote. Not just a casual quote. And back to proper grammar, "Forum" does not need to be capitalized. At all. Only at the beginning of a sentence.

It's almost comical, yet, more accurately, just silly that you think you can judge and insult my knowledge of the "basics of the language" based on casual Forum speak (ooh, just irked you again!). That's a bit immature. You don't know me, you haven't read essays, poems, stories, or other writings of mine, you don't know the extent of my vocabulary, you don't know anything about me. And again, this is a FORUM. i kan B az improper as I pleez. It doesn't reflect my intelligence or my understanding of the language. If I was writing some presentation to a board of education on linguistics, I wouldn't say Forum needs to be captialized, now would I? But also, I can capitalize whatever I want :)
And I'm not an idiot; I know what quotations marks are.

"The proper way to quote something..." lol
Make sure you learn what quoting something means, first of all. What I just did was quote you. Because it's precisely what you said. A quote repeats the words of another person as they said it. I didn't quote what you said.

Lastly, it's..a....Forum......
